    The Solaia wine from Antinori dates back to 1978 when the expression was first produced on the family estate. In the following years, the formula has been fine-tuned and perfect, earning the adulation of wine aficionados across the globe. This 2017 edition used grapes grown during a steady climate season in Chianti Classico before ageing in French oak barrels for 18 months. The result? A sweet and fragrant blend that provides the perfect pairing to dishes of red meat and poultry.
