What makes
Nomad Outland whisky so unique? A collaboration between master distiller Richard Paterson and expert sherry producer Gonzalez Byass, this smooth, honey-tinged tipple is made using a selection of more than 30 different malt and grain whiskies from the Scottish region of Speyside. So far, so standard: then the blend undergoes a double ageing process. First, it matures in sherry casks in Scotland for three years, then it’s transferred to Jerez in Spain where it’s finished for a minimum of 12 months in old Pedro Ximénez casks.
