Founded on the shores of Lake Maggiore in the Italian Alps in 1948,
Herno was started to accommodate the region’s unique microclimate – cold winds, sudden storms and plenty of rain. Today, the Italian label still utilises founder Giuseppe Marenzi’s expertise to create pieces like this jacket. It’s cut from weatherproof patent shell, filled with down for warmth and stitched with cosy, contrasting mohair sleeves to keep the Alpine chill at bay.
